¿Qué Garantía tiene un vehículo taxi?
Soy taxista y mi vehículo tiene 123.000 km y menos de 2 años, se me ha averiado un elevalunas y en la casa(Toyota) me dicen que al ser taxi NO tengo 2 años de garantía, si no, 100.000km y, por tanto, debo pagar yo la reparación. ¿Quería saber si, efectivamente, al ser taxi no me cubre la garantía legal?

Un taxi tiene un uso mucho más intenso y exigente que un coche para uso particular. El uso y desgaste que tiene su taxi en menos de dos años es lo que, en promedio, tiene un coche particular en unos 8-10 años.
Es, por tanto, lógico que se puedan establecer condiciones de garantía diferentes entre unos y otros. La normativa obliga a garantías de dos años, como mínimo, para vehículos particulares, pero, que yo sepa, no para los comerciales.
En todo caso, debería saberse si la avería se debe a un defecto de fabricación (no a un desgaste por el uso), que es el riesgo cubierto por la garantía.
Como le decía al principio, revise la documentación, si sin la tiene.

Efectivamente, el taller ha enviado un informe solicitando que valoren el posible fallo como de fabricación, ya que argumenta que no debería haberse dado dicha avería tan pronto, ni mucho menos.
