No puedo instalar photo gallery y movie maker me sale error
Necesito saber porque mi windows 7 me rechaza la instalación de photo gallery y movie maker con este mensaje:
No se pudieron instalar los programas

parece como si otro programa este impidiendo el funcionamiento
del instalador

Mi windows 7 que lo formateo y es una version básica no trae photo gallery y movie maker por tanto quien me puede decir que es este error y como hago para instalarlo o solucionarlo
