Como configurar una tarjeta de red wifi
Tengo una tarjeta inalambrica wireless pci adapter 54 M NW122NXT12, con su antena tp link omnidireccional le instale los driver y funciona como receptora wiffi el detalle es que la quiero configurar para enviarle wifii a los telefonos, la pc tiene internet por el cable de red y a traves de ese internet enviarle wifii a los telefonos ¿cómo configuro la pc? Tiene windws XP

Fíjate la dirección PA del los driver
Ok, en caja o en las caracteristicas de la tarjeta debe poner si esta preparada para ser usada como punto de acceso wifi, ad-hoc o similar, tambien puede ser que te diga algo similar a "como compartir internet". Miralo y me comentas.
fijate en el manual dice esto Ad-hoc Mode

General Information
Status: Wireless network Associated, Ad-hoc Mode or Not Associated.
Speed: The data transfer rate of the current connection.
Type: The type of the current wireless connection , Infrastructrue or ad hoc
Encryption: Current encryption.
SSID: The unique name of the wireless network.
Signal Strength: The data transfer rate of the current connection.
Link Quality: The quality of the current wireless connection.
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
MAC: The MAC Address of the Adapter.
IP Address: The IP Address of the Adapter.
Subnet Mask: The Subnet Mask of the Adapter.
Default Gateway: The Default Gateway address of the Adapter.
Show Tray Icon: Show PCI/Cardbus Wireless LAN Utility icon in the windows toolbar.
Disable Adapter: Disable the wireless adapter
Radio off: Turn off the radio of the wireless adapter
Windows Zero config: Enable this button if you want to configure wireless adapter by
windows wireless adapter configuration tools.
On the Profile tab, you can add, remove, edit, duplicate , set default a profile.
Click the Add button to create a new profile
When the Network Info screen appears (Figure 4-10), enter a name for the new profile. Enter
the Network SSID.

Ok, por lo que veo tu tarjeta permite ad-hoc / infrastructura por lo que no deberías tener problemas para crear el punto de acceso wifi para tu teléfonos. Aquí te dejo 2 enlaces diferentes que explica como debes configurar el PC:

¿Tengo un inconveniente cuando me conecto en la tablet por mucho tiempo se desconecta sola la conexión wifi a veces tengo que esperar y la señal es fuerte y a veces pasa en los teléfonos que hago en ese caso?
Suele ocurrir, por ahorro de energía, si la tarjeta wifi no detecta trafico se desconecta. Mira en la propiedades de la tarjeta wifi y desactiva el "ahorro de energía (energy saber)".
Ya le quite la configuración ahorro de energía pero sigue igual tal parece que tiene que ver con la navegación fíjate descargo una aplicación y uando termina la descarga se cae la conexión y si es muy pesada se cae a la mitad apago y enciendo el rouster virtual y se restablece por poco tiempo
¿A los teléfonos les pasa lo mismo? Si es así debe ser el programas del router virtual, mira si dicen alguna cosa en su página web.
