Ayuda de Norton o Programa malicioso

Hola espero y puedas ayudarme en esto:
Al estar en internet me sale una pantallita " Messenger Service" y dice lo sig:

¿ Esto es un programa malicioso o es un mensaje de Norton? Tengo que instalar el parche que dice? Y a què se refiere todo esto?
