Amigos estoy en peru y no me funciona los traceroute sera que todo los ips q buco me envian ala misma direccion demi ISP telefoncia del peru alguien sabe si hay alguna forma de burlar esto ejm... quiero ver la ciudad de donde salio el mensaje o de dodne es el ip ya q este ipa es fijo y no dinamico ... por que pasa esto aque se debe que telefonica o los traceroute no pueden acceder a mayor informaicon Gracias.
