Problemas con Webalizer
Al hacer correr webalizer con los comandos que das en la guia me sale el siguiente error:

bioinf2:/etc/webalizer # webalizer -Q -f- c webalizer.conf
[new_nlist] Aviso: Una cadena sobrepasa el almacenamiento disponible
Error: No puedo abrir histórico c

en la carpeta tengo los archivos webalizer.conf y webalizer.hist, este ultimo lo cree y esta en blanco...

Problemas con Webalizer:
El problema, también conocido como "[new_snode] Warning: String exceeds storage size (68)".
En la FAQ de Webalizer, http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/faq.html , encontrarás esto:
14. I get Warning: Truncating oversized xxx or String exceeds storage size warnings! ¿Why?
Internally, The Webalizer has a fixed maximum size for various parts of the log record. If a particular field is longer than will fit, you will see these warnings. The most common is that for the request field on sites that have a lot of CGI interaction. They can be safely ignored. If you don't want to see warnings or errors, you can use the ReallyQuiet option (-Q command line switch) to supress them.
Normalmente el problema es que el referrer de alguna visita es excesivamente largo. Pero no te procupes. Webalizer lo recorta y sigue su trabajo sin problemas.
