ok, muchas gracias voy probar otra cosilla, tengo una delgacion la cual se conecta al servidor ellos solo tienen q ver una carpeta pero en realidad ven todo el escritorio no tienen permisos para nada pero queria q cuando entraran ya se les abriera la carpeta y solo pudieran ver ese archivo, sabes la manera de hacerlo gracias.

es lo unico dicen no?, pues na de na, tengo ese servipack instalado y todo sigue igual instala pero no aparece na, no se voy seguir mirando pq en el enlace q pone matrix...ahi dice instalar otros drivers compatibles no?, habra q probrar gracias

El service Pack instala cosas en el registro, pero es la solución que dan en Microsoft a ese problema

todos me contestan lo mismo, no si ya se dd estan eses drivers pero esos son pa el 2000 yo tengo el server el problema es q pa el server no hay me dijeron este articulo pero no lo entiendo mu bien: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;275495 si tu lo entiendes y me lo puedes explicar.Gracias

hp officejet 4110 y la 4255 son multifuncion las dos

Lo que pone que despúes de instalar el Service Pack 4 tienes que crear dos entradas en el registro de Windows, de todas maneras aunque no lo hagas deberías hacerte una copia del registro exportandolo a donde tu quieras

In addition to applying the hotfix, you must add two registry values. These registry entries provide the capability for the user to specify an additional .inf file/section combination that defines user-defined mappings from client-side to server-side drivers.

You must add two new values to the registry key HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\rdpwd. The new values are as follows: Name: "PrinterMappingINFName"
Type: REG_SZ
Data: Name of the .inf file to which you want to redirect lookups.
Name: "PrinterMappingINFSection"
Type: REG_SZ
Data: Name of the section in the .inf file to which you want to redirect
lookups.
After adding the new registry values above, an .inf file must be created (step 2) or modified (step 3) to include the user-defined mappings from the client-side to server-side drivers. This is explained below.
Example of the format for creating a new inf file: [Version]

You can also modify the existing Printupg.inf file in the Winnt\Inf folder (using Notepad) by adding the new mapping to the [Printer Driver Mapping] section. Use the format: OEM Printer Driver Name = Windows 2000 Printer Driver Name
The top section of the Printupg.inf file explains this format. If you modify the Printupg.inf file in this example, you would specify "Path to inf file\Printupg.inf" in the PrinterMappingINFName registry value and "Printer Driver Mapping" in the PrinterMappingINFSection registry value.
NOTE: Do not modify the original Ntprint.inf file. Doing so may break the file signing of the Ntprint.inf file.
