Tomar la postday más la pastilla anticonceptivo

Llevo unos cuatro meses tomando la pastilla anticiceptiva, he tenido relaciones sin protección y he tomado la postday,¿debería seguir tomando el anticonceptivo como habitualmente o interrumpirlo pot la postday?
