Bootpd / inetd.conf

Hola a todos, me he instalado el servicio "bootpd", pero no dispongo del fichero "inetd.conf", alguien podría darme o indicarme dónde puedo encontrar información sobre este servicio y por qué no me aparece el fichero "inetd.conf". Lo he buscado en toda la maquina y no aparece en ningún directorio..
