How to install teamviewer 12 on ubuntu.

How can i install teamviewer on Ubuntu or Debian. I am not able to install it. Any link or tutorial will be helpful. TeamViewer is a remote maintenance software for screen sharing, video conferencing, data transfer and VPN . The software works as an online service through firewalls and NAT as well as proxy servers. TeamViewer only works with Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) . Unlike VNC, it uses a proprietary protocol . For private users, TeamViewer is available as freeware .
