Quiere decir que el usuario al que has escrito no existe, es decir que la dirección está mal escrita o que esa dirección ya no es válida. Si es tu primer mensaje a esa dirección, revisa el destinatario que algo está mal escrito. Y si antes le llegaban los mensajes y ahora no, probablemente el destinatario se ha cambiado de proveedor y esa dirección ya no vale.
