Problemas con regrabadora hp 9100i

Hola;
Tengo un problema con esa regrabadora, me resulta imposible grabar ningún cd a más velocidad de x2, obteniendo los mensajes de error que indico al final a los pocos minutos de iniciar la grabación. Agradeceré cualquier ayuda ya que entenderás que grabar cd's a x1 o x2 es bastante molesto, nunca tarda menos de una hora, y antes podía hacerlo a x8 en menos de 15 minutos.

Yo tuve el mismo problema, despues de pelear 15 dias con el sat de hp me la cambiaron y milagrosamente funciono, segun ellos no estaba estropeada, segun mi si, y gane yo, estaba dañada, la pena es ke la ke me mandaron se jodio de la misma manera a los 2 meses, y llegue a la siguiente conclusion, VAYA MIERDA DE GRABADORAS KE FABRICA HP, dicho esto no he vuelto a comprar nada de hp, puajjjjj, tirala a la basura y comprate una LG, van de maravilla. Ya me cuentas.
