No encuentra ntoskrln.exe
Hola, mi NT Workstation dejo de trabajar. Tenia una imagen hecha con el PQDI pero al restaurarla me da como error que no encuentra \winnt\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
He montado el disco en otro NT y si que existe ese fichero. También le pase el scandisk y no encuentra nada mal.
Tambien probé con otra imagen de un compañero y lo mismo.
Lo restauro en la primera particion del unico disco de 1,5 G.
¿Alguna idea?

Edit your Boot.ini file and change the partition information by performing the following steps:
Remove the Read Only and System File attributes from the Boot.ini file by typing the following command at an MS-DOS or OS/2 command line:
Attrib -S -R C:\Boot.ini
Edit the Boot.ini file and change the partition number for Windows NT. In most cases, you need to increase the partition number by one. A typical Windows NT line in the Boot.ini file looks similar to the following:
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(x)\<ntdir>="Windows NT Workstation Version 4.00"
where x is the partition number and <ntdir> is the name of the folder into which Windows NT is installed.

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta, aunque ya habia estado probando con el boot.ini fue el comentario de que había que aumentar el numero de la partición en uno el que funciono: Multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT
Y es eso lo que no entiendo ¿porque si el NT es la particion cero debo poner un 2 para que arranque?
P.D: ¿Por que la respuesta en inglés? No me supone un problema, es mas una curiosidad.
