¿Como puedo solucionar el este error en SQL Server 2008?

Another distribution agent for the subscription or subscriptions is running, or the server is working on a previous request by the same agent.

Salio luego de hacer una sincronizacion con Windows la primera vez funciono bien pero después siempre sale ese error.

Replicación es instantánea.
