The town hall have removed access to my restaurant by digging up the street without notice. What can i do?
Monday i arrived into work to find a folded up piece of paper informing me of the construction that had already commenced. Now i have no access and cannot operate my business. Surely they cant just close your business that i have for nearly 9 years...
