Mr. Novillo is a Senior Consultant with a strong technical background, which includes customized development projects. His experience has an scope on functional, architectural and technical areas skills, required for building software solutions. He has given support in-site to several Banks and Financial Entities in Central America and South America, during 7 or 8 years. In his previous job, he used to help on performance issues in Batch process or other massive processes. He used to be an Oracle Trainer teaching SQL, PLSQL, and Developer Tools. He made several solutions than nowadays are used by those Banks, such as: Payments on-line to external entities, Detection of fraud accounts or suspicious transactions, Administration of client requirements, and some others. During his last work in Mexico, he was a Senior Consultant managing, analyzing and also developing several projects, being a guide and trainer for developers and providing technical solutions to others Technical Leaders of Accredo Homehealth Inc. and MEDCO. Nowadays, he has being hired by GBSYS in Costa Rica as a Consultant in order to provide coordination and technical support to some Banks and other sort of Entities of Costa Rica.
