Ánforas de mar es una empresa innovadora nacida en el Mediterráneo que abre un nuevo mundo en la alta decoración. Es pionera en productos obtenidos bajo el mar, y transporta al cliente un reflejo de las costumbres artesanas más ancestrales, así como un regalo diferente del aventurero que encuentra en los pecios los últimos vestigios de nuestros antepasados.
Producimos y comercializamos réplicas de ánforas de la antigüedad (del siglo VII a.C al siglo I d.C), de las que se encuentran en los restos de naufragios, y que se basan en:
- La investigación realizada en torno a las formas de las ánforas utilizadas en las civilizaciones íbera, griega, romana, cretense, etc.
- El desarrollo de un proceso de envejecimiento acelerado totalmente natural.
- El impacto positivo sobre el medio ambiente, ya que nuestro proceso es a su vez un recurso regenerador de zooplancton.
Las ánforas son sumergidas en la costa, en unas condiciones que favorecen la incrustación de vida marina, obteniendo réplicas perfectas de ánforas con más de 2000 años de antigüedad.
Se trata de un producto único en el mundo, con una fuerte capacidad decorativa, cuyo cliente valora no sólo su diseño, sino también su significado histórico y marino.
Ánforas de Mar is an enterprise from Almería which is focused in the production of replicas of antique amphorae, like those that can be found in the remains of shipwrecks. Opening new doors in the world of haute decoration, its approach is innovative and exclusive: through a totally natural and environmentally friendly process, the amphorae are deposited in the seabed, and they are left to repose until marine life grows on them by itself. Thanks to the underwater conditions given in the zone where this process is carried out, in only two years the amphorae seem as aged as if they had been there for centuries. When removed from the water, they are left to dry out in the sun so the plants and animals grown on top can fossilize. The result is a unique piece of decoration, given that no amphorae are alike, and its historical and cultural value provides it of a touch of distinction that transforms it into a real work of art.
The exclusiveness of the product is one of its potential characteristics: every amphora is unique in the world, there is no other like it. That’s why the product is ideal for interior decoration of private homes, clubs and hotels that take good care of their image, or to make an original and different gift.
