Hengongbet — is this platform regulated or just UGC hype?

I keep seeing hengongbet spammed in TikTok comments, shorts, Telegram, Discord. That alone is not a red flag, but it is a signal to slow down. Real licensed gaming platforms lead with jurisdiction, regulatory body, license number, audit firm, risk statement, who controls custody, who controls RNG.

With hengongbet I cannot find any of that. There is not even a clean corporate registration. If a platform wants deposits but won’t disclose its legal entity, that is enough reason to step back. If anyone has actual verifiable corporate filings or regulatory IDs for hengongbet, please post.
