Macro para asignar macro que resalta fila en todas las hojas y libros que se abra

Para preguntar como es posible hacer que la siguiente macro que resalta las filas quede en todas las hojas del libro y en cada libro que abra quede con ella para que sea ejecutada. O si hay otro método para hacer lo que necesito.
