Impulsores devuelven agua sucia
Se trata de una piscina colectiva, con una bomba grande, pero las llaves solo permiten la posición de FILTRADO y LAVADO, con lo que no puedo realizar el ENJUAGUE; Cuando aplico floculante, paso el limpiafondos con las llaves en posicion de LAVADO para echar a la calle ese agua sucia( con lo que el agua pasa por el filtro antes de salir desechada,), pero al volver a poner la bomba en FILTRACIÓN, los impulsores me echan agua sucia e impurezas de nuevo a la piscina durante unos segundos. No sé como solucionarlo.

Deberías de tener una válvula de 6 vías con sus correspondientes funciones.
Por lo que veo es el formato de gestión mediante valvulería... si es así sí puedes.
El enjuague es el modo de entrada por ambos lados del colector ( por abajo y por arriba..) si puedes dejar abierto el desagûe y a la vez dejar pasar el agua en modo filtración y lavado... ya tienes el enjuague.
Y si puedes hacer esto realizarás un enjuague en toda regla enviando el agua por el desagüe y vaciando el filtro de suciedad.

Si lo he entendido bien, el agua entraría por arriba del filtro y por abajo al mismo tiempo, y saldría al desagüe, en mi caso, también por arriba. Voy a dejar una foto para que quede más claro como tengo la valvulería.
Así es debes realizar a la vez en modo de filtrado y lavado con el desagüe abierto. No veo del todo el circuito pero no tiene otra intención que tirar todo el agua sucia removida...
