Habilitar Vista Diseñador en PHPMyAdmin

He instalado el wampsever 2.5 en mi equipo con PHP 5.5.12, bueno he visto que dentro de phpmyadmin existe una opción gráfica para las relaciones "vista diseñador" que yo no lo tengo, he estado investigando y supuestamente hay que hacer un cambio en el archivo config.inc.php según este video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5TBZeNwZ1g.

El problema radica que en mi archivo config. Inc.php yo tengo el siguiente código que no se parece en nada:

Por favor, alguien puede ayudarme, a parte de que soy principiante, me facilitaría mucho para crear las relaciones.
