How can I use Yahoo Mail Quick Fix Tool to resolve issues?

After reactivating my Yahoo email account, I am unable to receive or send emails. So, I ran Yahoo Mail Quick Fix Tool. It says you have issues with filters but when I hover over the gear icon to fix this, I am unable to see any settings option. Moreover, when I log into my yahoo account I get a message that says continue reactivating your account. I have tried all the possible steps, but unable to fix this issue. Does anyone have any advice regarding this? Thanks!
