Pantallazo azul!DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hola master:Haber te cuento: Tng un P-IV a 2,4, 512 ddr, placa gigabyte, T.grafica ATI Excalibur 9000 pro 128 ddr, soundblaster 5.1 live y una capturadora de television aver media!! S.O xp professional. Desde el primer momento me dio problemas, 1º se me reiniciaba solo el pc y me comentaron q era x los drivers de la tarjata grafica, he bajado ls ultimos y ya parecia q iba mejor. Pero ahora me salen unos pantallazos azules constantes con la siguiente informacion:DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL y el archivo afd.sys. Tb tng adsl con wanadoo y el modem comtend. Se q es un conflicto de hardware(quizas los puertos usb,tng 4 2.0)Agradeceria mucho su ayuda. Muchas gracias de antemano!!

La mejor respuesta que te puedo dar es el documento oficial de Microsoft que indica el problema y su resolución, podrás leer que el problema lo tienes con los módulos de memoria RAM. Para poder leerlo mejor copialo y pegalo en Word

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
CAUSE
This behavior may occur if either of the following conditions exist:
One or more of the random access memory (RAM) modules that are installed in your computer are faulty, or the memory modules are not compatible with the chip set on your computer mainboard.
The Page file that is used by the Virtual Memory Manager may be damaged.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
Make sure that the memory modules in your computer are compatible with the chip set on your computer mainboard. For information about how to do so, view the documentation that is included with your computer, or contact you computer manufacturer. For information about how to contact your computer manufacturer, click the appropriate article number in the following list to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

If you change your RAM, test to determine if the issue is resolved. If the issue is resolved, do not complete the remaining steps. If the issue is not resolved, go to step 2.

Under Virtual Memory, click Change.
Click No paging file. Click OK, click OK, and then click OK.
Restart your computer.

Click the Advanced tab.
Under Virtual Memory, click Change.
Click System managed sized. Click OK, click OK, and then click OK.
Restart your computer.
