¿Cómo hacer qué vodafone me quite la permanencia?
El día 6 de agosto, tras quince días, volví a llamar y me dijeron que es que el sistema estaba aún integrando la nueva dirección.
He enviado varios fax, que ni contestan, hecho dos reclamaciones en atención al cliente de vodafone y otras tantas de la tienda on line. Finalmente dije que ya me parecía pitorreo, que no me enviaran el teléfono que no lo quería.
Ahora me quiero volver a mi antigua compañía, así que como no he recibido nada quiero que me quiten el contrato de permanencia. En la tienda on line me dicen que ellos no lo pueden quitar que es el departamento de bajas de atención al cliente de vodafone. Y allí me dicen que no, que es en la tienda on line. El caso es que nadie se hace responsable. Llevo ya gastado un montón en el dichoso 902 de la tienda on line y en la atención al cliente de vodafone. Cuando llamo como no me dan solución digo que me pasen a un superior y me contestan que la política de la empresa lo impide. Para colmo de la caradura vodafone me ha pasado una factura sin tener terminal. ¿Qué puedo hacer?

Y que te quede clara una cosa, las permanencias van asociadas a coger un teléfono, si tu te vas a movistar te puedes ir al día siguiente salvo que hayas financiado un teléfono por lo que tendrías que pagar una penalización
Si no has recibido el teléfono NO TIENES PERMANENCIA ASOCIADA y puedes irte sin penalización, en caso de que te digan lo contrario, que muestren la firma donde recoges el teléfono al transportista.
