Hemos investigado el asunto y resolvimos que su encargo fue retenido en aduana. Estamos muy apenados por la situación, haremos lo posible por que su producto salga de aduana. Hemos aplicado todos los pedimentos, el producto fue enviado a su dirección y esto puede ser probado usando el número de guí. En este caso podemos ofrecerle 2 opciones:
1)Reenviar el producto por Standard Postal Service (el plan se envuelve y raramente es detenido en aduana)y pagar la diferencia en gastos de envío (20 dólares)
