buenas mira juego football americano y voy al gym mido 1.78 y peso 85 kilos necesito ejersicios de estiramiento para antes y despues del gym ya que hice bastante musculo y me estoy poniendo duro y para mi posicion necesito mucha flexibilidad juego de limebiker aqui te mando mi rutina. gracias de verdad lo necesito mucho

En tu caso, por el deporte que practicas, tendrías que hacer unos ejercicios de estiramientos bastante completos ya que en tu deporte se trabaja con casi todo el cuerpo. Los consejos y pautas que habría que darte, serían interminables, no se puede escribir en esta respuesta.

También, para iniciarte un poco te puedes comprar un libro que es bastante básico pero que está bien para empezar porque no es demasiado técnico como, por ejemplo, "El stretching" de Giovanni Cianti.
