Necesito programar un conmutador

Estimado experto tenemos un conmutador TES-824 de panasonic y necesito modificar el ingreso de llamadas a una extencion, he revisado tus respuestas haber si aprendo como hacerlo pero cuando llego al momento de ingresar la clave no se cual es, ojala me puedas ayudar.

La clave por defecto es *#1234, si no puedes ingresar mediante esa debes entonces darle un reset a la central para limpiar la configuracion actual y volver a programar desde cero.
Para entrar en la programacion es de la siguiente forma:
Equipo con display conectado al jack 01- tecla "program" y luego introducir la clave *#1234.
luego ingresas el codigo[408-410] y desactiva el timbre para el interno deseado (jack)
A continuacion le dejo la relacion de todos los codigos de la programacion de la central... cualquier duda me dices. Al terminar recuerda finalizar correctamente la pregunta.

Gracias por la informacion solo que soy nuevo en la materia ojala tubieras algo mas grafico para aprender a programarlo sobre todo como dices desde cero, saludos.
Cuando me refiero "desde cero" hago referencia a borrar la programacion actual y realizar una nueva.
Bueno ya que eres nuevo en la materia, te explico algunas cosas... estas centrales se programan usando un telefono con display (kx t7730) conectado en el jack 01 (primer jack de extenciones) esto es en la parte superior de la central cuando le quitas la tapa, o usando una PC conectada por USB y usando un software (esta variante es mas facil y amigable, dime si tienes el disco de instalacion que viene con la central y te ayudo con ilustraciones del software.
